Through POCA B2B, you can order a wide variety of photocards in bulk, anytime and in any quantity you desire. Our mission is to become a reliable source of photocards for KPOP shops around the world, promote the global photocard collecting culture, and contribute to the success of our partners.
A. The minimum order amount is $700 per order. Regardless of the products, you can place an order as long as the total order amount exceeds $700.
A. Of course, it’s possible. You just need to order a total of at least $700.
A. Currently, the available shipping carriers are FedEx and DHL.
The shipping cost is approximately $20 per 100 photocards on average. However, the exact shipping cost can be confirmed at the time of order, as it may vary depending on packaging and other factors. Generally, DHL is more than 10% more expensive than FedEx. Nevertheless, DHL offers faster and safer delivery, so please choose your preferred carrier when placing an order.

The average processing time for shipment is within 1 week after payment confirmation. However, it may vary depending on stock availability and holidays, and it could take up to a maximum of 2 weeks. Once the order is shipped, we will share the tracking number with you. After shipment, please use the carrier’s tracking system to monitor the delivery status.

A. You can sell both online and offline. As long as the sales channel is under your control, you are free to sell through any platform.
However, reselling our products to other wholesalers is not allowed. If such cases are discovered, we may claim compensation. Distribution or resale rights can only be granted if there is a contract agreed upon with your company and POCAMARKET.

A. If you have not received your order or if your order has been lost, please contact us at sales@infludeo.com. We will check with the shipping carrier and guide you through the process of either receiving a refund or having the order reshipped.
If you have received your order but it was damaged, please take a photo showing both the damaged package and the shipping label with the tracking number clearly visible, and send it to us at sales@infludeo.com. We will verify the issue with the shipping carrier and guide you on how to receive a refund or a replacement.
Please note that if there is insufficient evidence, a refund may not be possible.
